Angel Cake Pan 21cm

The cake pan is made from aluminium for even heat distribution and quicker cooling times and helps the batter cling to the sides (it’s also rust and warp-resistant!). One of the essential aspects of the cake pan is the three legs on the rim, which is necessary for inverting the cake straight out of the oven. The pan’s bottom and the inner core are removable for easy release once you have scraped down the inner wall’s sides to remove the cake.
