A Year Of Sundays

A Year of Sunday’s is a fabulous new book by the gorgeous Belinda Jeffery. Every Sunday Belinda posts on Instagram with musings from her week, recommendations about ingredients and recipes to try, along with a stunning photograph. From this weekly ritual, this new book was born.

A Year of Sundays is as much a conversation with a friend as it is a cookbook. Belinda’s recipes are interesting, always reliable and most importantly delicious. We can’t wait to bake the lumberjack cake, and almond, coconut and raspberry cake. I’m going to make the classic ginger petticoat tails to gift to family and friends this Christmas, and I’d like to cook the chicken, smoked cheese and bacon rotolo for something different on the Christmas table. 

Kathy has already cooked the fragrant spiced chicken with minted yoghurt and said it was absolutely delicious, as was the charred eggplant and ginger dip. Both dishes are fabulous for easy entertaining.
