Throughout the book, you’ll find a page dedicated to an ingredient such as edible flowers, eggs, oils and kinds of vinegar, herbs and leafy greens, capsicums and chillies, and even croutons. These pages guide the reader through variations, what to look for, how to use and/or prepare the ingredient. In Belinda’s generous style her words gently guide the reader and there’s a feeling that she’s taking one on a tour of the local farmer’s market or gourmet grocer.
