If you’ve been enjoying the process of making artisanal sourdough from home, join us for an intermediate class where you’ll to make a traditional baguette using a dough formula that can also be used to make delicious pan-fried English muffins. You’ll be guided through the specific shaping techniques involved with baguettes, as well as how to customise your dough with the addition of various flavours. You will also be shown how the dough can be used to make beautiful English muffins using your stovetop.
