Take a journey to “la campagne francaise” (the French countryside) with this class that is full of comfort food perfect for winter. We will be preparing:

  • Pork terrine served with toasted sourdough & cornichons
  • Confit duck with potato pancakes and grilled lettuce

Class begins at 10 am, however, arrive from 9.45 am for a cuppa and sweet treat. Class wraps up around 1.30 pm. You are assured of a fun-filled morning followed by a delicious lunch.
