Italian Cooking Class

Join Victoria Cosford to learn some authentic Italian recipes in this Italian cooking class. Victoria’s recipes are simple and quick to prepare but full of flavour, true to Italian cooking! These dishes are ideal for mid-week dinners and are equally impressive when entertaining friends! This 3-course Italian lunch is just perfect for autumn.

  • Zucchini, Basil and Parmesan Soup
  • Chicken Peperonata
  • Berry and Cinnamon Cake with Mascarpone

 

The Italian cooking class begins at 10 am, however, arrive from 9.45 am for a barista-style coffee or a pot of loose-leaf tea and a sweet treat, and wraps up around 1 pm. You are assured of an enjoyable morning followed by a delicious lunch.

The price includes a demonstration-style cooking lesson, followed by the opportunity to recreate one of the recipes in small groups, lunch with a glass of wine, and a booklet of recipes to take home.

By booking you agree to these terms and conditions:

  1. Please advise any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  2. 7 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to request a credit that can be used for another date or used in the store.
  3. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date will not be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  4. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the class to another date and will offer a full refund if you cannot make that date.
  5. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a refund.
  6. If Kitchen to Table cancels a class because of items 4 or 5, Kitchen to Table will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the attendee to attend the class.
