Cook on just the inner ring for a smaller surface or fire up both rings to cook using a larger surface. You’ll need some paella rice and spice mix for the perfect paella.

Care Instructions:

The Paella Gas Burner Pan is doesn’t have non-stick properties. therefore maintaining carbon steel is essential for the best paella.

• Hand Wash Only. Dry Immediately Before Storing.
• Before the first use, wash in mild detergent and hot water. Never use a harsh scourer or harsh chemicals.
• Heat the pan to remove any moisture from the steel and then apply a light coating of a high smoke point oil like vegetable, peanut, or canola. You can use a paper towel to evenly spread the oil. Turn off the heat and let the pan cool. Don’t forget to wipe away any excess oil.
• This process will need to happen every time the pan is used. If any food residue is stuck use hot water and a light scrubber to work it off before you apply oil to the patina.
• If the pan ever becomes rusted, you will need to scrub it away with a scourer to remove as much rust as you can and then reapply a good layer to your pan.

If taken well care of, the carbon steel paella pan should last you and your family years.
