Per Salute Covered Saute 32cm

You’ll notice the sides are straight rather than tapered which gives you maximum surface area on the base.

• Metal utensil safe, although we recommend timber, silicone or nylon utensils
• We recommend hand washing to prolong the life of the pan. Use hot soapy water and a non-scratch scourer or brush.
• The non-stick surface is strengthened with shavings of industrial diamonds which improves heat conductivity and durability.
• Avoid using olive oil except at low temperatures. Instead use an oil with a high smoke point such as rice bran, grapeseed, peanut, coconut or vegetable.
