An excellent quality, mid-range fry pan. The pan is well weighted meaning it will retain heat and won’t warp on the stove. The quality non-stick surface means food won’t stick to the surface. The fry pan is suitable for all cooktop surfaces including induction and is oven safe to 180C.

Available in 30cm with an oven safe glass lid.

The 4 rules to care for your non stick fry pan –

1. Do not overheat the pan … heat the pan on medium-high heat and give it a couple of minutes to reach optimum heat. Once the pan is hot and food is added reduce the heat.
2. Avoid using olive oil as if it gets to hot it will burn onto the surface of the pan reducing its non-stick efficiancy.
3. Use silicone, wood or nylon utensils to avoid scratching or marking the surface.
4. Clean your fry pan really well with HOT, soapy water and a non-scratch scourer to remove all oil and food residue. Avoid using the dishwasher as this will reduce the life of the non-stick surface.
