The Raco Contemporary non-stick skillet has a premium non-stick surface that is metal utensil safe. The enamelled exterior is easy to clean, and soft stay-cool grips on the handle are oven safe to 200C.

• Heats evenly, although always allow the pan to heat gradually by starting on medium heat then increase to medium-high before adding food to the pan.
• Metal utensil safe, however, it’s best to use wood, nylon or silicone utensils.
• Wash well with hot soapy water and a non-scratch scourer or brush,
• To prolong the life of your pan avoid overheating it and avoid using olive oil, except at low temperatures. Choose an oil with a high smoke point such as rice bran, peanut, coconut or vegetable.
