In 1933, Alfonso Bialetti invented Moka Express, revolutionising the art of making Italian coffee worldwide. Italian-style coffee is served short and black, however, the brew can be extended with hot water and/or warmed milk for cafe-style coffee.
To use: fill the base with cool water. Loosely fill the filter basket with freshly ground coffee (opt for a medium or stovetop espresso grind). Reattach components and brew over low to medium heat until coffee is percolated into the top section of the coffee pot. Remove from heat and serve.
Made in Italy from cast aluminium. Handwash only.
