Bialetti Brikka 2 Cup

A quick and easy way to make espresso coffee at home. This is the way Italians have making coffee for a very long time and you will find a stovetop espresso maker on the stove in just about every Italian home.

Made from heavy cast aluminium the Brikka works like a traditional stove top espresso pot. However, the Brikka features an innovative new pressure valve that permits brewing to begin after optimum pressure is reached. The coffee produced is smooth and with a delicious crema. Makes 2 espresso cups.
