To use, sprayĀ the ring with cooking oil or grease with butter. Place onĀ a hot fry pan and pour raw egg or Ā¼ cup batter into the ring. For crumpets and pancakes, once large bubbles come to the surface and the top is set, remove the ring, flip and cook until done.
