This is a handy weight and measurement chart for converting between metric and imperial measurements. We have included oven temperatures in Celsius, Fahrenheit, and gas. You’ll also find cup conversions for dry ingredients into weights (if you love your digital scales as we do).
It’s important when baking to be as precise as possible to achieve the best possible result. Baking is a science after all so all of the ingredients need to be in the correct proportions to work. This is where this weight and measurement chart comes in handy, especially when using recipes written using imperial measurements or when you don’t have measuring cups on hand.
