Meredith Morschel

Meredith is an avid foodie who also has a love of travel. After travelling to Morocco on a food tour in 2015, Meredith returned home wanting to share the magic of Morocco’s food, ancient culture and picturesque cities with other like-minded people.

And so began her annual food tours which have now expanded to Italy – taking in the regions of Umbria, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast and Sicily – and also regional Australia.

Meredith runs occasional cooking classes from her home in Yamba to share her love of food and cooking with others.

Meredith’s small group tours provide a unique opportunity to engage with local off-the-beaten-track experiences. The tours are fully-escorted so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.
