Safe Shopping

Shopping online with Kitchen To Table Online is as safe, if not safer, than shopping at an actual store. Once Kitchen To Table Online has processed a transaction against a credit card number, we do not store your number, even against your order. That’s why, when processing refunds; we need to contact you by phone in order to obtain your card details again.

Privacy and Security

In order to fulfill any order you may place via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number, email address and product preferences.

Kitchen To Table Online takes our customers’ privacy seriously and has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected. We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share your details with any other organisation.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 3 to 10 working days for standard rate of delivery.

Your parcel will be delivered by either Australia’s parcel post service or a Courier during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery, a delivery notification will be left and either the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable deliver time.

Under no circumstances does Kitchen To Table Online ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time.

Returns Policy

Kitchen To Table Online will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for – confirmation of claim can be done either by phone call or email. With particular respect to items that arrived broken or damaged, damage must be advised within 24 hours . Under no circumstances will refunds will be given for notification after this period. PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. Kitchen To Table Online will not offer replacement for damaged/broken items after the 24hr period after receipt of goods has lapsed. To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage by Australia Post.

For exchanges for change of mind purchases or incorrect choice, Kitchen To Table Online will exchange or refund any undamaged item only if returned within 30 days of purchase, and as long as the purchased is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to the store at the customer’s cost and risk.

A staff member will contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by either re-imbursing your credit card, paypal account, or transfer money into your bank account.
