“Claudia (and Meredith of course!) were excellent hosts. Casa Amorino was wonderful and the family more than accommodating. The accommodation was more than comfortable and the setting spectacular. I very much enjoyed the cooking and food experiences, one of my highlights was making mozzarella with Biagio in Ravello – huge amounts of fun and very interesting to watch the process!”
