In this cooking class, you’ll learn these delicious recipes inspired by Spring produce and the flavours of the Mediterranean …

  • Tomato & herb fritters
  • Spiced beans with herbed yoghurt
  • Cheese & spinach pie
  • Spiced nut filo pastries with honey and orange blossom syrup

Note: Menu items include the following allergens: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts (pecans, almonds and pistachios). This class is not suitable for people with allergies to these foods.

What to expect:

  • The cooking class is demonstration style but we aim to include hands-on elements and encourage participants to get involved (if you’d like to).
  • We begin with welcome cuppa – tea or coffee served with a home baked treat, then we prepare the menu together over a couple of hours, then sit down around the table to enjoy the meal. You’ll be offered a glass of wine, or a drink that complements the theme, to enjoy with the meal. Total time 3-3.5 hours.
  • You’ll receive a recipe booklet to take home.

  1. The class menu is to be used as a guide only. We reserve the right to change the menu items due to ingredient availability or the whim of the presenter. Our aim is to deliver the best possible menu.
  2. Registration and full payment is required to secure your booking.
  3. Please advise any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requests but this cannot be guaranteed. If unsure, please contact us to discuss your needs before booking.
  4. 7 days notice is required if you wish to cancel and receive a refund (less $5.00 administration fee). You may also opt to transfer to another class, or to keep your funds in credit for another time.
  5. Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the class date are unable to be refunded, transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
  6. In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the date of the class and will offer a full refund if you are unable to make the new date.
  7. There is a minimum of 6 participants required for the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class up to 3 days prior to its date if we do not have enough bookings. You will be offered the choice to transfer to another date or a refund.
  8. If Kitchen to Table cancels a class because of items 6 or 7, Kitchen to Table will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the attendee to attend the class.
  9. Class participants hereby acknowledge and consent that by participating in our cooking class that any media in which they have been photographed, videoed or recorded can be published on our platforms; and
  10. Class participants grant us a royalty free perpetual license and give us permission for that content to be used for promotion of our company.
