Caramelised Onion Baguette

A quick and easy way to transform a simple baguette into a warm & delicious crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g butter softened
  • 4 tsp onion jam
  • 1 sprig rosemary leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 baguette

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190C
  • Combine butter, onion jam and rosemary in a bowl and mix to combine. Then season with salt.
  • Slice the baguette at 2cm intervals, but do not cut all the way through.
  • Divide the flavoured butter evenly between the slices. Wrap the baguette in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and crispy.
