Caramelised Onion Baguette
A quick and easy way to transform a simple baguette into a warm & delicious crowd pleaser.
- 100 g butter softened
- 4 tsp onion jam
- 1 sprig rosemary leaves finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 baguette
Preheat oven to 190C
Combine butter, onion jam and rosemary in a bowl and mix to combine. Then season with salt.
Slice the baguette at 2cm intervals, but do not cut all the way through.
Divide the flavoured butter evenly between the slices. Wrap the baguette in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and crispy.
